HI, I'M ZELDA
By day, I’m a Realtor, keynote speaker, and author of two books. I also create courses and host a podcast all about helping people grow their businesses by making real, meaningful connections. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, totally obsessed with my dog Poppy, and happiest when I’m out boating or soaking up the Florida sun!
MY STORY
I’ve spent over 40 years building businesses, speaking on stages, and helping others grow through the power of authentic connections. As a Realtor, keynote speaker, podcast host, and course creator, I’ve learned that success doesn’t just come from what you know — it comes from who you know and how you connect.
I’m passionate about sharing the tools, strategies, and real-world lessons that have helped me (and so many others) build meaningful relationships and grow thriving businesses.
WHY DO I TEACH?
As the old saying goes—you can’t take it with you. Over the years, my connections have opened doors, solved problems, and honestly, saved me from more than a few business disasters.
I’ve learned from coaches, consultants, friends, and fellow business owners. I’ve shown up, participated, and learned a ton (sometimes the hard way) in networking groups and masterminds.
I’ve joined networking groups, asked a million questions, and picked up a few scars along the way.
Now, it’s my turn to give back. I want to share the knowledge, strategies, and lessons I’ve picked up so you can avoid some of the pitfalls that come with business ownership—and maybe even enjoy the journey a little more. If I can help you skip a few of the headaches and fast-track your success, that’s a win in my book

I have never considered myself an artistic person, but after 3 courses, I have gotten out of my own head and created several pieces I’m proud to display.
